Edit Profile

You can edit your profile by clicking on profile username on the dropdown (It appears by clicking on profile photo on the navigation).

Account Settings

You can click on account section to change password, delete account and to logout as mentioned below:

Profile Cover & Profile Image

You can hover over the cover image to change the cover image. Similarly, you can hover over on profile image to change the profile image.
